Cloud hiring levels at food manufacturers rise

The proportion of food manufacturers hiring for cloud-related roles increased in January compared to the equivalent month last year, according to analysis by GlobalData.

The data showed that 43.2% of companies included in GlobalData’s analysis were hiring for at least one of these positions.

This latest figure was higher than the 36.5% of companies hiring for cloud-related jobs a year ago and an increase from the 42.2% figure in December 2021.

In terms of the rate of all cloud-related job postings, related job postings fell in January, with 1.3% of newly posted job postings related to the topic.
