Prospection Solutions donates $10,000 to the FIT program

KANSAS CITY, MO. — On March 15, Prospection Solutions, which provides the medical, food and feed industries with inspection technology, announced that it would donate inspection equipment to the Food Industry Technician Program ( FIT). Prospection Solutions will contribute approximately $10,000 in equipment to the program to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

“The equipment generously donated by Prospection Solutions provides great value in helping FIT students gain the knowledge and hands-on experience that technicians sorely need,” said David Seckman, President and CEO of Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA). “Please accept FPSA’s thanks for your very generous donation to the program and to help develop the next generation of maintenance and service technicians in the industry.”

Prospection Solutions will also be offering free product testing to 10 companies to celebrate its anniversary. Companies can test Prospecting Solutions’ award-winning foreign material inspection equipment at its Kansas City facility and receive a report on how to improve quality and different processes. According to Prospection Solutions, the tests are valued at $2,500.
